is situated high up in the Apennine mountains in Central
Italy within reach of the historic towns of Gubbio, Perugia,
Assisi, Urbino, - harmoniously imbedded into the peace and
seclusion of a most beautiful mountainous landscape. - The
property encloses three houses in natural stone and 120 acres
of land.
THE FOOD provided, fresh and of high quality, is carefully
selected and prepared for its life giving vitality. Meals
are vegetarian and based on the seven grains creatively combined
with vegetables, herbs, fruit and dairy products. Santa Certa
has its own supply of pure spring water.
